    We are currently looking for experienced Auto Collision Tear Down or Disassembly and Reassembly Technicians to join the Chilton Auto Body team at several of our San Francisco Bay Area locations. Come learn from the best and advance within the company.

    Job Summary:
    Examine vehicle for collision-related damage and document the time and effort required to repair and refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and insurance company guidelines.

    Job Requirements:
    Previous experience in automotive collision necessary and must have knowledge of automotive disassembly and reassembly.

    Qualifications:
    *Must provide your own basic tools.
    *Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
    *Must agree to and pass a thorough background check.

    We are currently looking for qualified Customer Service Representatives to join the Chilton Auto Body team at several of our San Francisco Bay Area locations. Currently we have 14 locations and are growing.

    Job Requirements:
    *Greet each customer in a professional and courteous manner with great customer service.
    *Guide the customer to the correct party that can assist them.
    *Check vehicles into the Collision Center, photograph vehicles, document files, and search for
    information utilizing our paperless environment, file documentation.
    *Accept and record payments.
    *Answer phones and redirect calls.
    Qualifications:
    *We are a team environment and cross training may be required as the business needs expand.
    *Must have basic computer skills.
    *Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift anywhere between 7:00am-6:00pm.
    *Must have a valid driving license.
    *Must have previous auto body collision experience.
    *Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
    *Must agree to and pass a thorough background check.

    We are currently looking for qualified estimators to join the Chilton Auto Body team at several of our San Francisco Bay Area locations. If you are a Junior Estimator, we will train in-house to the next level of handling insurance accounts.

    Job Summary:
    Examine vehicle for collision-related damage and document the time and effort required to repair and refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and insurance company guidelines.

    Job Requirements:
    *Greet each customer in a professional and courteous manner.
    *Educate the customer about the collision repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and approximate repair time.
    *Prepare all repair damage reports in an accurate and precise manner.
    *Supervisor and route each repair including disbursement of all paperwork, scheduling, monitoring repairs, negotiating repair times, coordinating sublet work and all other aspects of the repair necessary to provide the consumer with the most expeditious and high-quality repair available.
    *Uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external customers.
    *Service insurance accounts in order to maintain those business relationships vital to Chilton Auto Body’s success.

    Qualifications:
    *Must have previous auto body collision experience.
    *Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
    *Must agree to and pass a thorough background check.

    We are currently looking for qualified Automotive Collision Parts Specialists to join the Chilton Auto Body team at several of our San Francisco Bay Area locations.

    Job Requirements:
    *The ideal candidate will have experience in parts, customer service, answering calls, checking in vehicles for collision repair, and a desire to learn. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    *Ordering parts
    *Receiving parts
    *Matching new parts to damaged parts
    *Posting parts
    *Posting credits and returning parts
    *Other duties outside of the Parts Department as required by the Shop Manager. We are a team concept company and cross-training to other duties is required if needed in the normal daily business of a collision center.

    Qualifications:
    *Must have good communications skills with vendors and parts room organizational skills.
    *Must have knowledge of invoicing.
    *Must have basic computer skills; we use the CCCOne management system.
    *Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
    *Must agree to and pass a thorough background check.

    We are currently looking for experienced Auto Collision Location Managers to join the Chilton Auto Body team as we continue to grow and expand in the San Francisco Bay Area. Come learn from the best and advance within the company.

    Job Summary:
    Responsible for overall management and leadership of the shop location, including the team’s safety, revenue productivity, profit and loss statement, customer satisfaction, insurance carrier compliance, and the location’s overall appearance.

    Job Requirements:
    Duties include, but are not limited to:
    *Managing daily production ensuring ECD’s are met; managing quality control and meeting or exceeding insurance KPI’s.
    *Review estimates/supplements for insurance guidelines and quality to ensure total compliance.
    *Knowledge to maintain building and equipment including licensing, permits and safety.
    *Full P&L responsibility to include revenue, margin and overhead targets and bring the month to a close.
    *Technician/estimator coaching and mentoring to ensure safety, performance, compliance and efficiency.
    *We utilize CCC1 platforms for our estimating and management systems. Knowledge of Mitchell and other estimating platforms a plus.

    Qualifications:
    *Must have knowledge to blueprint vehicles.
    *Ability to create, implement and manage quality repair plans, including ECDs.
    *Ability to work in a fast and high production environment.
    *Ability to build and lead teams to achieve location goals and targets.
    *Experience to performance manage teammates to create a career path and professional growth.
    *I-CAR and/or ASE a plus
    *Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
    *Must have a valid driving license.
    *Must agree to and pass a thorough background check.
