The ideal candidate will have experience in Parts, Customer Service, answering calls, checking in vehicles for collision repair and a desire to learn.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Ordering parts, receiving parts, matching new parts to damaged parts, posting parts, posting credits and returning parts. Other duties outside of the Parts Department as required by the Shop Manager. We are a team concept company and cross-training to other duties is required if needed in the normal daily business of a collision center.
Must have good communication skills with vendors, parts room organizational skills, knowledge of invoicing and basic computer skills. We utilize the CCCOne management system.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
