Outlook on the Web (Browser)
- Select Settings at the top of the page.
- Select Accounts > Signatures.
- Select Add signature, then give it a distinct name.
- In the editing box below the new name, paste the copied Chilton signature.
- Use the checkboxes at the bottom to choose whether to apply the signature to new messages and to replies and forwards. You may also leave them blank and select the signature manually when composing a message.
- Select Save when finished.
New Outlook for Windows
- In Outlook, open Settings.
- Go to Accounts > Signatures.
- Select the correct email account, then choose Add signature.
- Name the signature and paste the copied Chilton signature into the editor.
- Choose whether to use it for new messages and replies/forwards, then select Save.
Classic Outlook for Windows
- Open a new email.
- From the Message menu, choose Signature > Signatures.
- Select New, name the signature, and paste the copied Chilton signature into the editor.
- Choose the signature as the default for new messages and, if desired, replies/forwards.
- Select OK to save.
