    Job Summary:

    Repairs collision related damage to vehicles, restoring them to pre-collision condition in accordance with industry standards and factory specifications. Technicians are essential to the repair process and must be able to perform quality repairs in a timely matter, always keeping the customers satisfaction in mind.

    Job Requirements

    1. Examines damaged vehicle and efficiently plans repair process
    2. Performs quality repairs; while staying on-time
    3. Make repair decisions base safety, cost and cycle time
    4. Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicle and fenders
    5. Repairs vehicle using power tools and hand tools
    6. Have the ability to communicate unusual problems or questions, explaining procedures to assistant, etc

    Qualifications:

    1. Must be able to pass thorough background check
    2. Ability to supervise repair personnel
    3. Certification in body repair preferred

    Job Summary:

  • Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary:

    As a Customer Service Representative you will learn to examine vehicle for collision related damage and document the time and effort required to repair and refinish vehicle to pre-accident condition in accordance with industry standards and insurance company guidelines.

    Job Requirements

    1. Greet each guest in a professional and courteous manner, expeditiously determine guests’ needs and ensure they are introduced to the appropriate teammate that they will be working with
    2. Help write collision estimates for customers, both insurance referred and walk-in, “sell” the company and quality of product and capture repairs when possible
    3. Review all vehicle damage with customer, determining related and unrelated damage
    4. Educate the customer about the collision repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and approximate repair time, and secure written work authorization for repairs from vehicle owner
    5. Prepare all repair damage reports in an accurate and precise manner, verify damage on estimates written by the insurance company, ensuring accuracy of parts and damage
    6. Supervise and route each repair including disbursement of all paperwork, scheduling, monitoring repairs, negotiating repair times, coordinating sublet work and all other aspects of the repair necessary to provide the consumer with the most expeditious and high quality repair available, verify and secure payment from both insurance company and customer
    7. Update the customer on repair status throughout repair, document all communication with customer and insurance company
    8. Use tact and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external customers

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications:

    Diagnose and repair collsion-related mechanical damage.

    Job Requirements

    1. Responsible for analysis and evaluation on vehicles to establish need for repair, service needed or replacement of parts
    2. Commuicate needed repairs to repair teammates
    3. Repair or replace malfunctioning mechanical parts
    4. Participates in all required safety meetings
    5. Communicates with others on stautus of repairs in order to keep vehicle on track for scheduled delivery time

    Qualifications:

    1. Must be able to pass thorough background check
    2. Must have prior mechanical experience
    3. Possess all tools needed
    4. I-CAR certifications

  • Painter

    Job Summary:

    Responsible for complete refinish process of vehicle.

    Job Requirements

    1. Performs all refinish work according to specs
    2. Lay out logos, symbols, or designs on painted surfaces, according to blueprint specifications, using measuring instruments, stencils, or patterns
    3. Select paint according to company requirements, and match colors of paint following specified color charts
    4. Responsible for communicating vehicles stage in paint process
    5. Monitor painting operations to identify flaws, such as blisters or streaks, and correct their causes
    6. Mix paints to match color specifications or vehicles’ original colors, then stir and thin the paints, using spatulas or power mixing equipment
    7. Follows OEM standards for blending formulas, top coat application and curing
    8. Apply designs, lettering, or other identifying or decorative items to finished products
