Rental Policy
Chilton Auto Body will only authorize a rental car for the duration of the repair. Rental cars are provided by Enterprise rent-a-car.
The terms and conditions of this policy are as follows:
-Chilton Auto Body will cover the rate of $19.99 plus tax per day
-Chilton Auto Body will not be responsible for: fuel, upgrades, insurance or other charges.
-Chilton Auto Body will cover up to four (4) days for parts acquisition. The customer will be responsible to pay for coverage beyond that period.
-Coverage will end when vehicle is complete and notification has been given
-Chilton Auto Body will not cover any portion of the rental when the repair has not been authorized by insurance company.
-Rental coverage is based on a 24 hour billing cycle. To prevent an additional 1 day charge to customer;pick-up time must coincide with drop off time.
